What the headline leaves out

• Off-peak is not a discount on the price, it is a discount on what the plan consumes — so the multiplier only doubles if you can actually shift your traffic.
• Prices are in CNY and the tiers are regional.
• The headline number is the Pro tier off-peak; Lite off-peak is 9x.
